For the 2024/2025 academic year, the registration of candidates for the "Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant" program has been started on Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) website (portal.edu.az) as the 2nd stage of the admission process. Foreign applicants who have successfully passed the 1st stage of the admission process can submit their application for the Program on portal.edu.az by choosing the registration line "Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program".

Applicants will be able to obtain information regarding the status, progress, results and updates of their applications through their "Personal Cabinet" on the portal.edu.az platform.
