The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with and conduct a comparative analysis of the photos taken by Reza Deghati during the First and Second Karabakh Wars and the post-war period, which featured IDPs as well. Show moreAccording to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, citizens of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Hungary, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Qatar are now able to enter and leave Azerbaijan by air starting from June 21, 2021. To travel to Azerbaijan, a person over the age of 18 must have a COVID-19 passport (a document confirming full vaccination or immunity gained while recovery from the disease) and a negative result of the PCR test given within 72 hours before the flight. Those under the age of 18 are required to have a negative PCR test for COVID-19 given only 72 hours before the flight. The foreigners whose temporary stay has been extended for 60 days (with payment of the relevant state fee) are not required to leave the country, as restrictions on land entry and exit have not been lifted.

The language of instruction is Azerbaijani, English or Russian. Application deadline: July 12, 2021 Number of scholarship places by level of education: - 6 scholarships for undergraduate (BA / BSc) and master's (MA / MSc) - 4 scholarship places for doctoral (PhD) training The scholarship for higher education institutions in the Republic of Azerbaijan can start on 15 September 2021. In case the student's language skills do not reach the level required for the training, the scholarship student will also have the opportunity to participate in language pre-training (6-12 months).
